Hi SAP Community,
When upgrade will be released in production, can we still use the system to perform normal business functions or will it be down? Could you please confirm?
Hello shenu,
During the upgrade, there will be a planned downtime during which users will not be able to login and use the system.
Please refer the Help Center document.
