1811 Backoffice Error with Tree View

After the migration from 6.7 to 1811, we have a problem in the backoffice with the tree list view.

In every list view (e.g. categories) it is not possible anymore to expand a particular node.

In the console we get following message: ERROR [hybrisHTTP36] [DesktopImpl] [Desktop z_jk00:/cockpit.zul] client error: Failed to mount: tree is null

Does anybody have an idea of what is going wrong here?

Error occurs as well in OOTB installation of 1811.5 (b2c_acc).

After migrating we updated the type system and the solr indices.

Hi ,

Looks like an issue in Backoffice. I will report it.

Hi Jacek, thanks for your reply. Yes, you are right. We found this issue in an 1811 OOTB installation as well and raised a ticket too. I will update this thread as soon as we have feedback from SAP. Regards Torsten

2005 comes with the fix.

just checked on 1905 patch 19. same issue, nor I cant see this in patch 20 and 22

I just checked it on a 1905 system: the problem still exists apparently.

jawaw: Could you give us any news regarding the issue? Unfortunately the JIRA link https://jira.hybris.com/browse/ECP-4003 is not reachable anymore.

i have probably the same issue with 1811.4

 ERROR [hybrisHTTP36] [DesktopImpl] [Desktop z_mnj:/cockpit.zul] client error: Failed to mount: Cannot read property 'isClientRodEnabled' of null
 

when there is only one subCategory the error is shown in JS and console, but the error does not show if subCategories >= 1
