1709 SP01 Errors during technical configuration of SAP Hybris Marketing (SAP_CUAN 130 SP01)

Dear Experts,

I have face several issues while executing the technical configuration task lists of Hybris Marketing. Errors during technical configuration Scenario "Essentials" of SAP Hybris Marketing (SAP_CUAN 130 SP01). Step 18/36 Activate SAP HANA Content.

I've already used SAP notes 2668620, 2578590 before executing scenario.

Hi Marina,

I assume the HANA DB is HANA 2.0 SP02 SAP Rev 030.00 , could you kindly upgrade to rev 31 ? and then try it out.

Yes, I do plan to upgrade to rev 31. And try to continue configuration. Later I will write about the results and note if this was the right solution.

Hi all,

I am currently having this same issue but with a newer version of SAP Marketing (1809 SP 01) with HANA 2.0 SP02 SAP Rev 040.00 (newest version). I have checked SAP notes 2668620, 2578590 and 18858003, but the error still persists. Any suggestions?

Dear Marina,

What is your HANA Version? Is it 024.03 or above? - if not, please upgrade to fix the issue!

SAP HANA Database HDB 030.00

And I also implemented note #2645988 before executing scenario.

Implement in Hana Studio SQL Statement -
ALTER SYSTEM ALTER CONFIGURATION ('indexserver.ini', 'SYSTEM') SET('calcengine', 'enforce_bigint_counters') = '0' WITH RECONFIGURE;
