Add Fields

Now Add Fields is also available in Fiori. You can use this to add fields in report as well as selection screen.

If a field is available in Data Source but missing in report, end user can herself/himself use ‘Add Field’ functionality to include this field in report. One need not wait for IT to enhance the report.

This also comes handy when one wants to enhance the selection screen or wants to include those fields which are available in master data Data Source but are not directly available in transactional Data Source. E.g. if you want to add Country, to opportunity report, you can simply use ‘Add Fields’.

We have also added search for ease of use.



 

Add Attributes

Add (+) button under View tab is enhanced to allow user to include attributes. E.g. If you want to drill down on Address of Activity Unit, simply add those using + button.

 



 

Filters

You can filter data in reports using Filters icon. When you click this icon a new tab opens on the right side. Filters are divided between Selected and Available group to differentiate between fields selected for drilldown and fields available in report.

It is important to know the difference between Filters and Selections.

Selections – restrict the data when pulled from database.

Filters – filters the data from the available data set.

E.g. Use selection to run a report for a Region and then use Filter to view data for different sub-regions.



 

Legends in Report Tile

The report tile on the homepage has been enhanced to show legends. You can view or hide them across different devices by clicking on the legend icon. The same icon can be used to toggle back to chart.



KPI in offline Mode

You can see the primary contextual report of the KPI in offline mode.

Note - The KPI should be analyzed in online mode to be available for review in offline mode.
