Hi SAP Community! Fernando at the controls!

Just two years ago in November, we released the Exploring the Lead to Cash Business Process in SAP Customer Experience learning journey.

After about 4,000 learners going over it and more than 1,000 record of achievement badges issued to those who have completed the whole course, we analyzed the feedback given to us, and started a mayor update of the whole course content.

This complete course update comes with a long number of changes:

  • Updated SAP Customer Experience Solutions Portfolio used during the business process.

  • Introduced Artificial Intelligence for CX and its use cases during the stages for lead to cash supported by all Customer Experience solutions.
