Hello all,


today we have updated all our best-practice packages for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Integration to the 1608 version of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.


For those of you not familiar with best-practices: Depending on which package you choose, it entails content like configuration-guides, how-to-guides, customer presentation, test-cases, work-breakdown-structures, etc., to help you get started with C4C integration for specific scenarios.


We currently have the following three packages available:

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer integration with SAP ERP rapid-deployment solution


The package includes six scenarios (scope items) for the integration of SAP Cloud for Customer with SAP ERP. Each Scenario described below is available for either Integration via SAP NW PI or SAP HANA Cloud Platform, Integration Service. The first scope item is mandatory to use.


  1. Basic Integration with C4C Activity & Opportunity Management
    1. Synchronization of master data between SAP ERP and SAP Cloud for Customer
    2. From ERP to C4C: employees, sales-org hierarchy and materials
    3. Bi-Directional: Business partner information (accounts and contacts)
    4. Opportunity- and activity-management in C4C, leveraging ERP master data
  2. Opportunity to Order Scenario with C4C Quote 
    1. Leverage ERP price calculation for C4C opportunities and quotes
    2. Create ERP order as follow-up document out of C4C quote
    3. Review ERP sales-order information in C4C as PDF
  3. Opportunity to Order Scenario with ERP Quote
    1. Leverage ERP price calculation for C4C opportunities
    2. Create ERP quote as follow-up document out of C4C opportunity
    3. Review ERP sales-order information in C4C as PDF

SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA integration with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer V2

This best-practice package provides you with information on how to set up the integration of SAP S/4HANA with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer. The scenario that is described is Opportunity to Order with C4C Quote. After the implementation, master data like accounts, contacts, and materials will be replicated from your backend to C4C. Also you will be able to manage opportunities and quotes in C4C, while leveraging the S/4HANA backend-data. The prices for your C4C opportunity and quote get calculated using S/4HANA in real time. Finally you will be able to create a S/4HANA order out of you C4C system.

SAP Best Practices for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Integration V11


This package provides you with the various How-to-Guides (HTG), that you can use for Integrating your SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer solution with other solutions from SAP. For the Integration of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer with SAP ERP and SAP CRM on-premise, Integration via SAP Hana Cloud Platform, integration service (HCP) or via SAP Process Integration (PI) is supported using standard i-flows.


Contrary to other SAP Best Practices packages, the corresponding four How-To-Guides are not meant to be used stand-alone, but only in conjunction with the corresponding integration guides for the various integration options. Before starting off your integration project, we strongly recommend to visit the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Blog on the SAP Community Network, where you can get more background information and links to the integration guides mentioned.
