Pilot - SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Value Map

The SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Value Map will soon join the family of SAP Enterprise Support Value Maps.

New Look - SAP Analytics Solutions Value Map

The SAP Analytics Solutions Value Map will go live with a new updated SAP Jam page at end of April.

The new layout comprises a clean up of the main overview with four defined objectives to follow.

On top, Data Discovery is a new topic for empowerment. Under this topic you will find content for:

  • SAP Analytics Cloud & SAP Digital Boardroom

  • SAP Lumira

  • SAP Roambi

  • SAP Analytics Hub


The content of the value map has also been expanded under SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence- section, to now include Remote Supportability as an objective. Here, guidance and best practices will be provided for SAP Router, remote CQC service booking, Expert Chat and more.

The S/4HANA embedded Analytics topic has been enriched with new content, for example the topic of Predictive Analytics. Additionally new Meet the Expert- sessions are planned in order to provide you with the latest information around SAP Analytics and with strategy advice.

We hope you will enjoy the changes and look forward to collaborating with you in future.

 



New Name – Business Decision Makers Value Map renamed

It finally happened! The SAP Enterprise Support Value Map for Business Decision Makers was renamed to SAP Enterprise Support Value Map for Business Process Improvement.

Discussions with customers and internal stakeholders led us to bring the value map in alignment with the well-known SAP-terminology.

As part of this re-branding the content will be updated to the latest level and also new objectives will be added.

The new objectives will be:

  • Introduction to Business Process Improvement Topic

  • Learn how to use Customer Success Accelerators


Aside from the change in the objectives, the ‘Empower’- section will be replaced as well, as it duplicates content in the Objectives. All changes will get effective on April 23rd 2018.

As a current member of the existing ‘Business Decision Makers’ value map, customers do not need to re-register in order to see the changes, nor will they receive an additional invitation. Everything will stay within the existing SAP Jam group.
