SAP Sales Cloud Core

  • Visit & Activity Management: Visit date determination to include visit type from account visit details


Dynamic Visit Planning Add-On

  • Mass Update of Route Groups 

  • Mass Update of Visit Plan

  • Error visibility for failure cases of import create and update


Intelligent Sales Add-On

  • Guided Selling: Sales Cycle selection for Kanban view, Tablet support for Guided Selling

  • Intelligent Sales Execution: Extensibility

  • Relationship Intelligence: Select Account Before Adding Contact, Auto populate name while creating new contact


Platform

  • Migration to V2 – Readiness Check tool Introduction


SAP Service Cloud Core:

  • Delete Ticket Link with "Related Items" ​

  • New "Created By" OVS

  • Sales Organization name in Ticket and Work Ticket Object Worklist

  • Set priority for outbound emails from Timeline tab of a Ticket

Hi Eric,

Thank you for the detailed information in the blog. I noticed that the documentation page link takes to DEV-PROD version of What's New which isn't available for anyone to access. Please update the link to: https://help.sap.com/whats-new/535093a0991548c98d675e0299ecfb31?locale=en-US&version=CLOUD which is accessible by customers and everyone likewise.

I noticed the same error in the 2308 release briefing webcast too, it would be great if you could correct it too.

I have a question regarding the released functionality "Intelligent Sales Execution: Extensibility".

Is this planned also for other add-ons? Specifically I'm interested in Dynamic Visit Planning.

I checked with our product team and we have not added extensibility in the DVP Add-On.  Product is interested in any details you'd like to provide for a future enhancement.  You can submit this request through our Influence portal.
