The Van Stock feature provides information on available parts in a stock for servicing and repair.
Stock data is replicated from SAP ECC to SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer where you can view the stock details and consume from stock.
Prerequisites
Ensure that Stock Location integration is scoped in and the Communication Arrangement (Stock Location replication from SAP Business Suite) for this scenario is activated.
Check and adjust ID mapping for materials, customers, employees.
Replication from SAP ECC
In ERP the mapping of Service Organization / Service Technician Team / Service Employee with Plant and Storage Location should be maintained in table COD_PLANT_SRV.
Stock data is replicated using ECC report RCOD_STOCK_EXTRACT.
Display in C4C
Van Stock can be scoped in from the following path:
Scoping à Business Configuration à Implementation Project à Edit Project Scope à Service Entitlement Management à Stock Location
The stock information is displayed on the work center “Stock”.
The list can be filtered to see “All”, “My Stock Locations” or “My Team’s Stock Location”.
The details show the Products and Quantities available in that stock.
Access restrictions
Role based access management is enabled for Van Stock.
Access Restrictions can be defined based on Employee and Service Team/Organization.
Consume parts from Van Stock in Ticket
On Ticket – Parts facet, use the Action “Add from Stock Location” to add Van Stock Products as
Ticket Items.
The available quantities are shown and multiple products from a stock can be added at once. A technician can consume from own stock location.
Note: Maintain the determination of processing type in the Item Processing Determination activity.
