Hello Everyone,

On behalf of the SAP CRM & CX Product Learning Center of Excellence team, I am pleased to announce the official release of  Implement SAP Service Cloud, a new eLearning on https://learning.sap.com/

Target Audience: Consultants and Administrators

This Intermediate level course covers scoping, customizing, fine tuning related topics needed  to set up SAP Service Cloud system in a way which ensures the most efficient and effective use of all the Service Cloud features and functions.

This course is free for all. These courses will help you learn easily in self-paced manner, not only with text and graphical information, but also with SAP Enable Now simulations and walkthroughs.
