Recommended Hardware/Network requirements for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.

Hi All,

This blog is the startup kit to use the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer product. These are the basic requirements to use the product efficiently. Refer to this technical readiness checklist for details on hardware and network requirements.

Hardware Requirments:

1. Minimum Desktop and Laptop Hardware Requirements:
   
   
   
   • Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo (2.4 GHz with a 1066 megahertz {MHz} front-side bus) or better

     • 32 bit OS: 4 gigabytes (GB), or more

Note: The recommended tablet devices have been tested for compatibility with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer. Devices with similar specifications and capabilities (minimum Octane score of 6500 or higher) should be compatible but have not been tested by SAP.

   • Large (100 users): 4 Mbps
   
   
   • Extra large (250 users): 10 Mbps
   
   
   • XXL (500 users): 20 Mbps minimum
   
   
   
   

1. Minimum Strength of Network :
   
   
   
   • Upstream: 1 Mbps
   
   
   • Downstream: 1 Mbps
   
   
   • Latency: 200ms or better
