In SAP S/4HANA Marketing Cloud and SAP Hybris Marketing, you can use an OData service to integrate context-aware, smart product recommendations into client applications (such as web stores) across all sales channels in order to drive conversions and increase average order value.

SAP Hybris Commerce 6.x provides out-of-the-box integration using an OData service to retrieve and display product recommendations in the SAP Hybris storefront based on the consumer’s actions in the storefront.

For more information, see SAP Hybris Marketing Integration.
(to access the SAP Hybris Commerce documentation, you need to signup first – signup Hybris wiki)

For more information about the OData service, see the SAP Hybris Marketing Extensibility Guide.

Other integrations are also possible for different consumption channels and platforms using this OData service. This post contains sample program code that you can use to achieve this.

To run the downloadable sample program, simply provide your input parameters to get the recommendations from SAP Hybris Marketing in real time.

The download contains detailed instructions about how to be deployed and run.

Please download the documentation and the source code here.
