The new support package release provides the following new functions to make sales processing more efficient, such as:

  • Free text search

Free text search allows users to search for, identify, and confirm Business Partners or Premises in the Interaction Center for Utilities.

Free text search provides numerous features and search options.

  • Label determination in the object set
    L    abel determination allows users to dynamically assign labels in object sets using BRFplus functions
  • An optimized user interface for the Product Finder and Configurator (PFC) OData Service means you can use the PFC in a Web
    environment     with Gateway and ODATA technology.
  • Option of selling individual materials and services without using the package functionality.
  • Summary page as part of the guided procedure in the sales process
    The summary shows consumptions and prices of products for quotations and contract    s    .
