This year though we plan to focus on version 2 extensibility and integration topics. So, today we're very proud to announce in this blogpost, the next learning milestone for those who want to master the extensibility of SAP Sales and Service Cloud version 2 using SAP Build Apps.

Extending SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 using SAP Build Apps

If you need to get ready to extend SAP Sales and Service Cloud version 2 using SAP Build Apps as a citizen developer, you’ve come to the right place. You'll grow the hands-on knowledge that will help you to run end to end the extensibility project. The learning journey consists of 3 units and provides 3 hours of content:

• Extending SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 with SAP Build Apps: An introduction to the features and limitations of Side-by-Side extensibility and how to establish the connection between SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 and SAP Build Apps.
• Designing an Extension App with SAP Build Apps to Extend SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2
  This unit guides you:
  • Create a new project in SAP Build Apps.
  • Design and preview the user interface of the extension app.
  • Integrate the data from SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 with the connected extension app.
  • Integrate the SAP AI Core service with SAP Build Apps to enable the AI-based generation and translation of e-mail texts in the extension app.
  • Deploy the Extension App.
• Embedding and Testing the Extension App in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2
  This unit walks you through:
  • Create a mashup to display the extension app within the SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 user interface.
  • Log into SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 to ensure the embedded app works as expected.
