The 1902 version of the SAP Marketing Cloud Help Portal page is now generally available at  http://help.sap.com/mkt, as is the User Assistance in the product.

A Carousel That Won’t Make Your Head Spin

The Help Carousel on the Fiori Launchpad has a new What’s New tile that takes you to a slide show of the top new features in 1902, as well as to a full list of everything new and changed in 1902. You can access What’s New on the Help Portal product page as well.



 

A Carousel of Learning – New Tutorials and Videos   

Research shows that many of our users find learning content easiest to consume as tutorials and videos and we’ve been working hard to satisfy this demand. Have a look at what’s behind the Learning and the Watch Videos tiles in the carousel. Browse our tutorial library, which now boasts 45 tutorials, covering everything from Personalizing the SAP FIORI Launchpad to Creating Segmentation Models and Target Groups.
And check out the growing number of deep dive videos on our SAP Marketing Cloud YouTube channel on a regular basis.





APIs - Where Can I Find Field Documentation?

We listened to your feedback and questions in the Community and have started to provide technical field documentation for the API fields. Understanding Extensibility Options Just Got Easier

We are continuously working on making our guides easier to navigate, so that you can find the information you need more quickly. In 1902 we restructured the Extensibility Guide along business scenarios and extensibility options. Watch out for more enhancements in this area.
