Initial Load of Marketing Permissions from SAP Customer Relationship Management to SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud

This document is intended as a how-to-guide for customers and partners who are facing the requirement to load initially marketing permissions from SAP Customer Relationship Management to SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud by using standard integration scenario delivered by SAP or by extending integration scenario to marketing areas determination in SAP Customer Relationship Management.

In the standard integration scenario you need to implement  BADIs CRMXIF_PARTNER_MAP and CRMXIF_PARTNER_R_MAP



 

In the extended integration scenario using marketing area determination you have to extend IDOC’s structure, Iflows and BADi-Implementation for the BADI CRMXIF_PARTNER_MAP and CRMXIF_PARTNER_R_MAP.



As a sample use case, this guide shows how to implement the two integration scenarios, standard integration scenario (without marketing area determination in SAP CRM) and extended integration scenario (with marketing area determination in SAP CRM ).
