You have an SAP Universal ID Account and need guidance on how to add an additional user or email address? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with this straightforward guide!
If you already have an existing SAP Universal ID, you can easily add additional email addresses in the SAP Universal ID Account Manager and link associated S-user or P-user ID(s) using the below simple steps.
Here’s how:
For more details, please refer to KBA: 2882908 - How to add an additional user or e-mail address to the SAP Universal ID (UID) - SAP for Me
Note: As per KBA 3360451, a maximum number of 10 e-mail addresses can be linked, and a maximum number of 100 users can be linked with your SAP Universal ID account.
During SAP Universal ID registration (see KBA 2882963), after you verify your e-mail address, you will be forwarded to the Linking Manager. The Linking Manager will retrieve the IDs that match the e-mail address that you have verified. If no IDs are found, click the "link accounts" button. That way you can link your additional email addresses with their S/P-users IDs from the very start.
Reminder:
An email address (with or without associated S-/P-User) can be linked to only one SAP Universal ID. If the email address is already a part of another SAP Universal ID account. The email can't be added to another one and SAP Universal IDs cannot be merged. The relevant email address from the existing SAP Universal ID needs to be removed or delete the entire duplicate SAP Universal ID first before you can add the email address to another SAP Universal ID account.
For more details and process on how to request in unlinking S-user/P-user ID(s) or email address, and or delete the entire duplicate SAP Universal ID, please refer to the KBA 2914815 or, SAP BLOG: SAP Universal ID: Unlinking if email is already li... - SAP Community
