The “SAP Service Cloud - Deep Dive into different features and functionalities” series aims to provide you with the  necessary knowledge and overview on  the various topics such as Scoping and Role Management, Service Ticket Processing, Service Objects and Elements and Workflow and Extensibility.

This live sessions is open to anyone who is interested in learning about or refreshing their knowledge on this topic. If you are an Administrator, Consultant, Business User using or planning to work on SAP service Cloud Solution, I would highly recommend this session.

You can register and book this session on Learning Hub in two ways.

Please Note:   You must have a subscription and  login with your S-user ID on Learning Hub.
