The search box is a crucial component in converting a lead into a sale. If the product can be found immediately through the suggestions, it becomes straightforward for a customer to access the product, view its details, and make a purchase decision.
But what happens if the customer has scrolled to the very bottom of the composable storefront page and still hasn't found what they're searching for? Moreover, the page length can also contribute to the difficulty. The customer then has to scroll back up and manually input their search into the search box.
Now, consider a scenario where the customer is disinterested and considering visiting your competitor's website. We can deter this by placing a search box right at the bottom of the page. In addition to the search box, we can also bring the navigation panel typically found at the top of the page to the bottom. This enhances the user's ability to navigate the website.

Wondering how this can be achieved?

This recording does require a Learning Hub subscription. If you're unfamiliar with the navigation or don't own a subscription, feel free to visit the SAP Learning Hub Help Center.
