When to use | The check shall be planned in the first week of the user acceptance testing phase (UAT) in parallel to your first performance test run to get the most out of this service. |

When to request | 8 weeks prior your Go Live | It is most applicable before a system Go Live, at least 4 weeks before the planned start-of-production date. The service booking should be made 3-5 weeks before the required delivery date |
