If you are new to the SAP ONE Support Launchpad there is a lot of new information to take in. In fact, if you have recently obtained an S-User ID it would be a great idea to join one of our Webcasts on ‘Getting started with Support. One thing you won’t be unsure of however after reading this post, is how to download the software you are licensed for as we have listed below the steps to guide you!
Before trying to download software, your S-User will first need the authorisation ‘Download Software’. Your company’s Super Administrator will be able to assign you this authorisation if you do not have it. Once authorised, the first step is to log on to the One Support Launchpad with your S-User ID and click on your 'Software Downloads' tile, under 'System Operations and Maintenance'.
There is also the option to go directly to Software Download Center
Next, enter the name of the product you would like to download in the search bar at the top of the screen and then you can select the version (as can be seen in the below screenshots) of the product and click "INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE"
Select the product version:
To download the file, click on the hyperlinked number above the product name and version.
