Hello Everyone,

This blog post informs you about integration of SAP Customer Checkout and SAP BusinessOne and
discuss the topic about Basic for Pricing (Gross Prices or Net Prices).

This is the first blog on the overall topic of Pricing, Discounts, Period Volume, Special Price. There are a total of 6 blogs on this topic. This blog is part of the series "SAP Customer Checkout and SAP BusinessOne - Getting started" and there you can find all the other blogs.

Gross Prices(Price Including Tax) from SAP BusinessOne
If you maintain in your SAP BusinessOne field "Unit Price" the price that you want to see in SAP Customer Checkout. Basically you do not want SAP Customer Checkout to calculate additional tax on this price, then in SAP Customer Checkout
Settings -> Financials -> Pricelists
The Flag Gross Price must be set.

In the example below you see that 100€ is the price maintained in SAP BusinessOne and same is taken in SAP Customer Checkout.




 

Net Prices(Price Excluding Tax) from SAP BusinessOne
If you maintain in your SAP BusinessOne field "Unit Price" the net price(Price Excluding Tax) and want SAP Customer Checkout to calculate Tax on this amount. Basically you want SAP Customer Checkout to calculate additional tax on this price, then in SAP Customer Checkout
Settings -> Financials -> Pricelists
The Flag Gross Price must be NOT set.

In the example below you see that 100€ is the price maintained in SAP BusinessOne and in SAP Customer Checkout the price seen is 119€.
This article has Tax Code A2 assigned which means 19% tax.
100€ Net + 19€ Tax = 119€ Gross Price
