Classroom Training Schedule

It is highly recommended and part of the onboarding best practice for partners to attend the available trainings for the theoretical knowledge and having a partner coach assigned to the first C4C implementation projects for the practical expertise.

• C4C10: SAP Cloud for Customer Project Implementation
• C4C30: SAP Cloud Applications Studio
• C4C50: SAP Cloud for Customer – Integration with On-premise SAP Solutions

Certification

For each C4C course, SAP provides an online certification possibility. You can find the certification as well in the official Training and Certification shop (https://training.sap.com/shop/sap-search). Here you search e.g. for C4C10 and click in the search result on ‘Certifications’.

1. In the section “Subscribe to Certification Hub”, click on “Learn More”
2. In the section “Access Certification Hub”, click “Subscribe”
3. In the section “Access Certification Hub”, click “Add to basket”
4. Access the shopping cart by clicking on the little symbol in the top right corner, then click on “Book Now”

Online course with videos about Strategy, Functionality, Integration, Architecture and Extensibility

The openSAP course ‘Experience SAP Cloud for Customer’ provides SAP customers and partners with the necessary knowledge to get on board safely and quickly. https://open.sap.com/courses/c4c1

The course offers an initial overview of SAP’s overall Customer Engagement & Commerce strategy (CEC), and how the comprehensive solution portfolio is going to shape CEC as a new software category in the market.

Specific examples then illustrate the possibilities and procedures for implementing SAP Cloud for Customer - from the functional diversity of the overall solution (supported by many “day in a life” demos), to integration into the existing IT landscape, and on to individual development.
