Dear Reader,

This blog post covers everything you need to know when it comes to replicating the entire Organization Structure from ECC to CPI to C4C. This blog post will be covered in 3 Parts.

Part 1: C4C Side Configurations

Part 2: ECC Side Configurations

Part 3: CPI Configurations

Now, when I say, Org Structure Replication, I mean, Company Code, Sales Organization, Sales Office, Sales Group's replication.

In a C4C (Cloud for Customer) project, this is the very first thing you would need to replicated from your SAP ECC system to SAP C4C. Here, in this instance, the middleware used is CPI. Lets get started:

C4C Side Configuration:

1. Create Communication System:

PATH: Administration > General Setting > Integration > Communication Systems

Maintain the person responsible for system maintenance in the TECHNICAL CONTACT.Communication System - GeneralCommunication System - System Instance

2. Create Communication Arrangement:

PATH: Administration > General Setting > Integration > Communication Arrangement

Scenario: Organizational Center Replication using Intermediate Staging Area from SAP Business Suite

Note the My System ID, because this ID is to be created as Logical System in your ECC system.

Click on Edit Credentials and enter maintain a password and the same is to be used in while creating Security Material in CPI for using the same in the OData Adapter.

Click on Edit Advanced Settings and you will find the service details. Download the wsdl or note the service URL and use it as the address in the receiver OData adapter.

Next, Review and Confirm.

Hope you had a good read.
