Step by Step Process
Step 1: Create the following three pages in SAP Build Apps: Sales Order, Sales Order Items, and Delivery Issue.
Step 2: Create a screen that looks like a guided activity (
Sales Order -> Sales Order Items -> Delivery Issue)
Step 3: Once BTP Auth is done. Please connect in data to GET and POST call from S4
Browse real time data (GET call)
Connect S4 Order and S4 Items, as well as the return order via API
Step 4: Deploy the app and integrate it as a mashup in the service cloud V2.
Step 5:Embedded the mashup as per your requirement
It shows a list of all sales orders based on a specific account.
Step 6: When you click Order, a list of products for a specific order will appear.
Step 7: Create a return order for the quantity that was not met.
When you click, it will generate a return order in S4.
Step 8:Return order created in S4HANA
