Application and Agreement transactions of Grantor Management by default transfer Precommitment/Commitment documents to ECC on each save event. In case user want to replicate when certain tasks are completed, then this can be controlled through status management. Grantor Management has INPR, RELE as system status. User status should not be maaped to INPR until application is ready to be transferred to ECC.
Create Status profile in SPRO->Img->Customer Relationship Management->Transactions->Basic Settings->Status Management->Define status profile for User Status
Associate User status to System status and leave the Draft status transaction empty.
Select Draft click on DETAILS and click on NEW ENTRIES
Set radio buttons of To be distributed to forbidden and no action
Business transactions will not be transferred to ECC and precommitment/commitment is not created.
