Hello All:

When you are working on a project with many people, you may need to know who made a change to the C4C system.

In this blog I show you how to know who made a change in the business user in a simple way.

In my case, I needed to know who had last modified the access password of a certain user.

Let´s go...

How to know who changed an employee's password in C4C

  1. Go to Administrator work center (1)

  2. General Settings (2)

  3. Highlight a business user (3)

  4. Select Edit Access Rights (4)

  5. Changes tab (5)

Step 1: How to know who changed an employees password

Step 2: How to know who changed an employees password

That´s all!!!. As you can see, it is really very easy to see all the activities that are carried out in the system quickly and easily. Hope this helps you!

Best regard!
D.
