What’s New in 1611 - SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer: Registered Product Barcode Scanning

With the 1611 release, QR/barcode scanning is enabled for Registered Products. The following use cases are supported:

1. Search for a registered product using QR/Barcode scanning.


2. Create a new registered product QR/Barcode scanning.

Search

• Click on Scan


• Scan a serial ID or external ID (equipment ID) using the device camera.

 

• The system searches the registered product based on the scanned value.

Create

• On the registered product create screen, click on Scan.

 

• Scan the serial ID using the device camera (same as described under Search)


• The system enters the scanned value in the Serial ID field. Provide other details and save.
