Hi Everyone, please see the presentation of the SAP Sales and Service Cloud 2505 Release Briefing
In this release we have mainly be focussing of further enhancement to the transition tool for V1-V2 Migration support.
You will also see some enhancements to the intelligent sales add-on. We are also very happy to mention that finally our Groupware Server Side Integration is now also available in Saudi Arabia DC.
There are also small enhancements to note in SAP Service Cloud core and Agent Desktop.
