Announcement 

We’re pleased to announce that SAP Customer Checkout, cloud edition 3.0 2503 has been released on the 18th of November 2025. 

The production, test, and demo tenants of SAP Customer Checkout manager, cloud edition on SAP BTP Public Cloud are already updated to the latest version. 

SAP Customer Checkout point-of-sale 3.0 2503 is available on SAP for Me for download. You can use the latest version of point-of-sale to consume the new innovations or continue to use the older one (SAP Customer Checkout point-of-sale 3.0 2502). We of-course recommend to use the latest version.

  • New configuration “Reference price list” is available that can be used as a marketing highlight to customers that they are receiving a special price—better than usual—for a particular occasion  
  • Self-Checkout User interface 
  • Customizable UI for Self-Checkout to adjust the Sales screen to your needs 
  • New scan settings options are available to customize the scan process according to business needs 
  • Improved Article selection for better navigation and enhance self-service experience 
  • US tax mode is available to support pricing format for US Shoppers 
  • Important links are available directly from the SAP Customer Checkout manager, cloud edition, to get quick access to the SAP Note that contains the change history of the software 
  • Optimized SOAP configuration for SAP /4HANA Public Cloud integration 
  • New system Job “Change log: Delete data” was implemented to set the automatic system cleanup 
  • Improved Sales reports generation so that system performance increased via a background processing job 

  • Extended internationalization of user interfaces by supporting a new language: Korean 
  • And many more features
