Need help with SAP Concur? Let's begin by understanding who you are and your role.

  1. Administrator Support

If you are an Administrator or an Authorized Support Contact (ASC) responsible for managing, configuring, and overseeing your company’s SAP Concur system, dedicated support is available to assist you.

An Authorized Support Contact (ASC) is a designated role assigned to 2-5 individuals within your organization, granting them enhanced access to SAP Concur support and resources.

How to Access Support:

  • Technical Assistance: Submit a request through the SAP Concur Support Portal.
  • Phone Support: Call +1 (855) 895-4815 and select “Technical Support” (option 4).

2. User Support

Select this option if you use SAP Concur but do not manage or administer the system. If you do not see “Administrator” on your dashboard, you fall under this category.

Advanced Technical Assistance – User Support Desk (USD)

The User Support Desk (USD) is a premium SAP Concur service that provides first-level technical support. However, not all organizations subscribe to this service, as some prefer to handle support internally.

To check if your company has USD access:

  1. Log in to your SAP Concur account.

  2. Click on the Question mark (?) icon and select “Contact Support”, or find the option at the bottom of your SAP Concur homepage.

  3. If your company has USD, you will see the “Contact Support” button under the Question mark (?) menu, which will direct you to the User Support Desk Portal.

  4. In the USD Portal, you can:
  • Find support phone numbers
  • Chat with experts
  • Submit a help ticket for further assistance.

For those who do not have the option to contact SAP Concur Support, please reach out to your internal support desk for assistance. You can find details about your company’s SAP Concur administrators in the Company Notes section within your SAP Concur system or through internal documentation and resource portals.

For users who do not have the option to contact SAP Concur Support, assistance must be sought through your internal support desk. You can find information about your company's SAP Concur administrators in the Company Notes section within your SAP Concur system or through internal documentation and resource portals.

If you're unsure where to start, reach out to your direct manager for guidance. In most organizations, the SAP Concur site administrator is part of the Accounting, Finance, HR, Payroll, or IT department.
