With SAP Commerce Cloud, Open Payment Framework businesses have the flexibility to choose payment partners that best meet their unique needs and regional markets, allowing them to build at their own pace, scale efficiently, and avoid being locked into a single provider. This will also enable businesses to easily introduce popular new payment options like "buy now, pay later," tapping into new growth opportunities both domestically and internationally.
To streamline the process, we offer pre-integrations with leading Payment Service Providers like Stripe, Adyen, and Worldpay. This makes it easy to get started quickly without the hassle of manual integrations. Shoppers will benefit from a seamless checkout experience, confidently selecting their preferred payment methods.
Our framework addresses all common payment requirements and end-to-end payment processes, including authorization, capture, refunds, and re-authorization, while continuously adapting to evolving security and compliance standards.
SAP Commerce Cloud, Open Payment Framework has been launched in a phased rollout, initially available to customers in the EU and US data centers. Full access for all customers, excluding China, will be available in the second half of 2025.

Similar to our Open Payment Framework, the Search Service will be rolled out in a phased approach, considering customer size and complexity. Initially, Search Service will be available for customers in European and North American regions through our Early Adopter Care program.
