SAP Commerce Cloud has completed the fifth review of Improvement Requests since opening the SAP Continuous Influence sessions in Q4, 2022. In total, we have received 282 Improvement Requests and more than 1500 votes for these across all session.
We highly appreciate the active participation from customers and partners who contribute. Your requests, detailed description of use cases, and votes gives us an unique opportunity to connect with you at scale and use your input to prioritise and scope deliverables. To date, we have delivered on 40 Improvement Requests posted by you.
Results from 06/2025
We have evaluated the top voted requests and also some requests with lower votes that we frequently hear through other feedback channels, such as Customer Technology Advisory Boards (CTABs), customer user groups, customer co-innovation, partner feedback and interactions with colleagues in the field, to mention just a few.
In this CIS Review Cycle we have updated 23 Improvement Requests, as follows:
- 6 have been delivered and 1 were already offered
- 8 have been moved forward in the product planning process with 4 accepted and 4 planned long-term
- 4 have been updated with for long-term consideration, meaning they have not (yet) made it into product planning
- 4 have been updated with not planned
