SAP Enterprise Support is offering a new Continuous quality check service through the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council (ESAC):

Deployment readiness for SAP Sales and Service Cloud, Version 2 (Pilot Program, no additional fee)

This service is intended to perform some configuration checks and ensure that customers are going live following SAP guidelines.

Why: safeguard customer go-live by checking that customer configuration is aligned with SAP guidelines (foundational checks of customer’s system before going live in production).

What: offer a Deployment readiness check service (Continuous quality check) that provides customers with a pre-golive SAP guidelines review for key settings, parameters and general configuration guidance.

When: the service should be positioned after the technical go-live and before (4-5 weeks) the actual productive usage go live.

Prerequisites:

  • System access for SAP provided
  • Go-live date confirmed (not live yet)
  • Technical contact available on customer side to collaborate and provide feedback throughout the engagement

Deliverables:

  • During the pilot service delivery an SAP Service Engineer would connect to customer system to perform a remote analysis of key system configuration.
  • Customer will then receive a detailed report of findings, including guidelines, and an action plan for recommendations.

The intention is that via delivery of this service we can enable a smooth go-live and ensure avoidance of common pitfalls.
