In this blog post, you will learn all about How to view and/or download license keys requested by users.

To ensure SAP experience is as smooth and effective (as possible), we suggest (you) Go to 
SAP for Me > License Keys

If your S-user ID has the authorization Request License Keys at the Customer Number level (or CCC level in the case of a Corporate Group), you can view license keys requested by all S-users under your customer number (or CCC Group) in the History of License Key Requests area.

Note: Only requests from the last 3 years are available, based on the current date.

To view the History of License Key Requests, do the following:

  1. Go to SAP for Me > License Keys
  2. Click Display/Hide Main Menu top left (hamburger icon)
  3. Click History of Requests

4. From there you can see My Requests and My Company's Requests with the option to use filters and sort (top right)

5. You can narrow the results between the license keys created by your own S-user ID or expand the search to all license key requests for your company (by all S-users). You can also filter the results based on the following:

  • Installation number
  • Product Version
  • Reason
  • SID
  • Status
  • System No.
  • System Type
  • User  

6. Click on a specific entry to see the most current details of that system (you will not see the original request details).

  • Depending on the product type, the options on the screen will vary (e.g. E-mail License Key, Download License Key, Renew Certificates, etc.)

7. Click Back to return to the History screen.
