We’re excited to announce a series of live sessions tailored to your needs in setting up, installing, configuring, monitoring, and managing SAP Commerce Cloud servers. Each session delivers a comprehensive learning experience through a theory introduction, practical demos and interactive Q&A - ensuring you gain the skills and insights necessary for effective system management, configuration, and troubleshooting. Please note that while some sessions offer recordings for later viewing, not all sessions are recorded - so be sure to register and attend the live event if you want to participate in real-time.

- Navigating the Cloud Portal in SAP Commerce Cloud (Duration: 2 hours, available from Q3 2025) - In this hands-on session, we explore the technical architecture of the SAP Commerce Cloud portal. Attendees will participate in a GUI walkthrough of key administrative tasks, equipping you with the essential skills required to manage SAP Commerce Cloud in the Public Cloud (CCV2).
- Introducing SAP Cloud Logging (System) in SAP Commerce Cloud (Duration: 1 hour, available from Q3 2025) - Dive into SAP Cloud Logging (CLS) and discover how to efficiently access default log traces and retrieve log data. This session also covers configuring alerts to enable proactive system management and troubleshooting.
- Introducing Consumption Credits for SAP Commerce Cloud (Duration: 1.5 hours, available from Q3 2025) - Learn all about Consumption Credits in SAP Commerce Cloud. This session reviews the Scalable Sandbox’s design for testing, demonstrates the Capacity Units Estimator with illustrative examples, and discusses best practices for usage monitoring and reporting.
- Monitoring SAP Commerce Cloud with Dynatrace (Currently suspended; a recording is available on the live session page) - Join us for a detailed walk-through of the Dynatrace UI in this session. Learn how to monitor SAP Commerce Cloud in the Public Cloud (a.k.a. SAP Commerce Cloud Version 2 / CCV2) using the pre-bundled Application Performance Monitoring Software (APM) SAP CX Observability (Dynatrace). Gain insights from demonstrations of the essential monitoring and analysis features.
- Exploring Data Retention Framework in SAP Commerce Cloud (Duration: 1 hour, available from Q3 2025) - This session introduces the Data Retention Framework in SAP Commerce Cloud, diving into its data structures and customization methods. You’ll learn effective procedures for configuring and implementing data retention policies tailored to meet your specific business requirements.

- Each session is available for independent registration, allowing you to choose based on your specific needs.
- All live sessions are included for learners with a valid SAP Learning Hub subscription.
- For SAP internals, you can use your SAP Learning Hub Internal Edition, just remember to activate/renew your internal edition (without cost) by clicking on the Access button on the edition portal page.
