Here I will share the steps that you need to follow to engage with the SAP Learning Support Center; the Support agents are available 24 hours per day, Monday to Friday and most queries are responded to within 24 hours.

How to create a case
If you find that the information that you are looking for is not in the support platform, then you can create a case to get support on your specific query.
All you need to do is to login with your Universal ID and create a ticket.
From the SAP Learning Hub site:
- You need to click on the question mark (?) icon found on the upper right side of the page.

- In the Help Center page click on the 'Contact Us' button and choose 'Request Technical Assistance'.

- Click on "Need More Help"

- Login with your Universal ID and you then need to click on "Create Case"
From the SAP Learning site:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Get Support' found under Support and Contact.

- You will be directed to the next page, the User Support Center page, you can find the FAQs for self-help and detailed guides.
- If the needed support is not found in the FAQs, kindly scroll down and click on the 'Need Help' icon and you will be directed to the next page to raise a ticket.
- Click on the 'Create Case' button.
Additionally, you can use the direct link to User Support Center.
To view your ticket update: Please click on the refresh button before to find your case/ticket update.
What can Support Agents assist you with?
The Learning Team can assist you if you want to get information about course, certification content and learning journeys also they can advise you to understand what learning is needed to achieve your aims.
Other services include:
- 1st Level questions on certification, including advice on correct UID set up and how you can access to your badges.
- Issues related to information, delivery, and after-care service of Instructor-Led classrooms.
- Bookings and billing related issues are usually handled by other internal team, but the Learning team can get involved to give approval for any free of charge re-bookings and similar scenarios as these are often related to customer complaints etc.
- Visa letters.
- Providing supplier vendor information on request.
Request support in a different language.
If you want the Learning team to assist you in your preferred language, you can select the language once you have added the description, you will need to pick the Country you are located and select from: German, English, Spanish, French and Japanese.
