Are you looking to get support from the Learning Hub/Training Team, and you do not know where to start? Then this blog is for you… 

Here I will share the steps that you need to follow to engage with the SAP Learning Support Center; the Support agents are available 24 hours per day, Monday to Friday and most queries are responded to within 24 hours.

How to create a case 

If you find that the information that you are looking for is not in the support platform, then you can create a case to get support on your specific query.  

All you need to do is to login with your Universal ID and create a ticket. 

From the SAP Learning Hub site: 

  1. You need to click on the question mark (?) icon found on the upper right side of the page. EmilioCC_0-1729497506320.png
  2. In the Help Center page click on the 'Contact Us' button and choose 'Request Technical Assistance'. EmilioCC_1-1729497552914.png
  3. Click on "Need More Help"

  4. Login with your Universal ID and you then need to click on "Create Case" 

From the SAP Learning site: 

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Get Support' found under Support and Contact. EmilioCC_3-1729497602266.png
  2. You will be directed to the next page, the User Support Center page, you can find the FAQs for self-help and detailed guides. 
  3. If the needed support is not found in the FAQs, kindly scroll down and click on the 'Need Help' icon and you will be directed to the next page to raise a ticket. 
  4. Click on the 'Create Case' button.

Additionally, you can use the direct link to User Support Center

To view your ticket update: Please click on the refresh button before to find your case/ticket update. 

What can Support Agents assist you with? 

The Learning Team can assist you if you want to get information about course, certification content and learning journeys also they can advise you to understand what learning is needed to achieve your aims. 

Other services include:  

  • 1st Level questions on certification, including advice on correct UID set up and how you can access to your badges.  
  • Issues related to information, delivery, and after-care service of Instructor-Led classrooms. 
  • Bookings and billing related issues are usually handled by other internal team, but the Learning team can get involved to give approval for any free of charge re-bookings and similar scenarios as these are often related to customer complaints etc. 
  • Visa letters. 
  • Providing supplier vendor information on request. 

Request support in a different language. 

If you want the Learning team to assist you in your preferred language, you can select the language once you have added the description, you will need to pick the Country you are located and select from: German, English, Spanish, French and Japanese.

Hi @joncheng97, thank you for your reply. This is a new system to get support from the Learning team, and as mentioned on the blog the Support agents are available 24 hours per day, Monday to Friday and most queries are responded to within 24 hours. If you wish to have a call, you can request that when creating your case.

Hello ,  I just checked with CIC support team and my  UID is correctly set up S0021778824, unfortunately I cannot see my past certification on my sap account, in this case I cannot extend them with a new exam. I can see them on Credly platform but not on my learning sap- my learning- certifications

Dear @Burlacu thank you for adding your comment. If your issue is with the UID, you can contact us at CIC via Phone, Email or Chat and we will be happy to assist you. If the issue is with the Learning Team, please create a case as explained in the blog.

Not getting req. support from SAP( as on Chat bot not providing sufficient Info. and not able to reach to any human executive on support no.) can anyone in community help here!!

I completed 4 SAP Certifications till now, which we can also see in Credly portal,
but I can NOT see ANY of it in SAP Learning hub(LH).
on 31st Mar without the delta exams, all will get expired, and if I am not seeing it in SAP LH portal, I would NOT be able to give associated delta exams.

DETAILS:
With my Universal SAP ID; I can only see 2 Accounts; Acc 1(P1941601521)
and Acc 2(P2005693231 & S0024945840)linked with Current Company email ID.

And in both of these accounts, I am NOT being able to see my past Certificates.
I am NOT able to add Account (S002032097) by which I gave the past SAP Certifications( and earlier it was linked with P1941601521)

I'm also not able to see my past certification. UID already setup properly with the S-Number I certified with and a linked backup email. CIC chat agent confirmed that it was setup properly so I created a Support Case this Monday and still haven't received a response today Friday.

Dear SAP Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the SAP Student Edition offer. I have successfully received the email confirming my verification for the Student Edition, but I am yet to receive the official offer. Its been over a week after verification.

Could you kindly assist me with any details regarding the next steps or the expected timeline for receiving the offer? I would greatly appreciate your support.
