To get support for SAP Fieldglass, access  SAP Fieldglass Help Center  here   

The next step is to select one of the four roles from  Worker, Supplier, Buyer, or PMO.  

From here follow the below steps  

  1. Go to Fieldglass Help Center  
  2. Choose a role that describes them

 4. Locate the tab ‘Contact Us’

 5. Enter search terms related to their query 

 6. Check the results for recommended solutions & answers 

 7. Click the option “Something Else” if they can’t find what they are looking for

 8. Click “Create a Case” 

 9. Fill in the case details 

 10. Click to submit the case 

Choose a support channel to submit the case. The channel can be either email or phone.  

Please be advised that phone support is available in English only. 

Following submission, case visibility and case update is available through the contact us tab.  

You will be able to see your opened cases provide an update or request a follow up by email or phone. Follow ups that you have provided through the Fieldglass Help Center would be listed under the "Follow Up" Tab.

 S-User ID? 

SAP Fieldglass - For technical assistance 

With a valid S-user ID with the correct authorizations assigned, please create a case via the SAP for Me portal. 

If you do not have an S-user ID and you are a Worker, Supplier, Buyer, or a PMO user you can receive technical assistance via the Fieldglass Help Center as mentioned above.
