Price seems reasonable if licensing/authorizations don't get in the way and as compared with 30-day CAL box or a new laptop with a DIY.

can't believe nobody bought it in the last 4 months or so, esp since there's no open.sap.com any more.

I haven't even noticed it's there! sounds like a good option for public cloud. It gives you access for a limited time though
