My most clever trick of handling an interview question

The question was : What are your weakness?
I cannot say I dont have any nor that I can say am weak. My answer to the person was :
"I have a habit of saying YES TO ALL, which means that taking up too many resposbilities, I have never been in a situation in my career where I regret for this habit as I have always been appreciated for delivering my work at the best committed time although I would have said YES TO ALL and taken up many resposibilities in the same/different sphere."
The interviewer just smiled!

A quality response...
As someone who works hard (& smart) to achieve excellence in providing value and impact to my organization, I get disappointed if colleagues don't strive to optimize their skills and contributions.

I have learned to relax (stay calm) and where appropriate provide levels of support (within my scope) to ensure that deliverables (e.g., supporting customers) are at the highest level of quality.

So while it can be a weakness... it can also be a strength when handled the right way.

Note: Saying "Yes" to all can show taking on too much outside of scope and having difficulty prioritizing, which a very good manager or leader could deal with but it might be best to consider other responses as time is limited and saying "yes" could result it not getting the most important things completed.
