With all my respect to the authority of SAP and the community , Im a BCA Final year student and recently SAP going tp conduct a campus drive in my college, now my question is Im a computer sci student and my computer marks such programming technology is 80% up my BCA CGPA till npw 8.43 and 12th 79% with Science (88 out of 100 in computer science subject) but my 10th percentage bellow 60% and just because of that SAP would not allow me for campus drive where my class mate who just have 60% in 10 & 12th with commerce and arts background and just have 6.5 cgpa in BCA they are allowed for this drive. Can anyone help me to figure this out why this is ?? I learned so many things about technology but all this now useless just because of my 10th , where no technical subject was in my 10th.. I saw my class mates maximum of them have zero knowledge about current technology apart from the syllabus. My humble request to the HR. Department please give those students like me at least a minimum opportunity to prove ourselves, there are so many tallented student out there, marks cannot define the ability its just show the performance basis of the syllabus.
