Hi Ashutosh,
It is not something that the people can suggest you. You should be able to make your own choice by looking into your own strengths and weaknesses. You should also look into the option why you are doing MBA and what could be the long term benefit by doing the Cost Benefit Analysis. Many people usually do the MBA just for the sake of degree by burning some bucks. I sincerely hope you should not end up in the same category. You should have clear cut focus and purpose in doing MBA Course.
If you are looking for MBA, you can look into the following options:
MBA (Finance)
MBA ( HR)
MBA (Marketing)
MBA (Systems / IT)
MBA (International Business)
Theoretically, I do not believe any MBA in the world, as they are only throwing you few concepts into a book. However, there are some good institutes would try to impart you team management, leadership qualities, communication skills (to some extent). If at all you are going, you should identify such high quality institute, as you cannot do MBA every year. Since, myself from Finance Background, I would always partial to Finance and IT (dual, if available)
I am afraid your MBA will much helpful for your Basis career, as both are different areas, as MBA is more of general management techniques, whereas Basis is more of system administration in SAP. Please look for pros and cons before doing an MBA.
All the best.

Ravi

Hi Ashutosh,
If you have which MBA specialization have the most proximity with SAP(Any Module).
Answer is MBA-Systems/IT.
If you check curriculum of MBA-IT/Systems, you will find few subjects on SAP ERP & its functioning.
Even few of the private universities offer MBA with specialization ERP(SAP).
Please Google it.
