Praba,
SAP B1 and SAP r/3 is completely diffrent. The most important thing is to be real about what it is you want to do and not be afraid to do what needs to be done.
Check this link below.
Seeking guidance - Switch over from SAP business one to SAP r3 - Spiceworks
The functional areas in SAPB1 is mainly divided into
1)TB1000-Logistics
2)TB1100-Accounting
3)TB1200-Implementation and Support
Under TB1000- logistics you get the following
1)Basic Administration
2)Purchasing A/P
3)Sales A/R
4)Inventory
5)Production
6)Service
Under TB1100-Accounting you get
1)SAP B1 Standard Financial Processes
2)Banking Process
3)Financial Process
4)Posting Periods Process
5)Controlling reports
6)Financial Accounting Initialization
Under TB1200
1)ASAP Methodology
2)Customization-UDF
3)Queries and in general all phases starting from
Preparation->Blue Print->Realization->Final Preparation->Go live and Support.
if we talk about SAP r/3 there are approx 30 Modules and all have their specialty according to the requirement of a Company, but some are common modules as per my knowledge which every company needs these are below.
Technical Modules
SAP Basis module – Basis Admin, administration of SAP
SAP ABAP module – Advanced Business Application Programming(if you are good in programming)
SAP BI module - Business Intelligence
SAP HANA - HANA is future In-Memory Computing Overview | HANA | SAP
Funtional Modules
