Which non-direct skills should I improve upon?

Hello,

I'm someone who's learning SAP/ERP systems right now, and I'm currently doing a "Business Systems Integration" course.

I wanted to ask, what other sorts of skills do you believe would be vital or helpful for someone looking into SAP Basis? For example, are any of the following skills something I should look to improve on?;

- Oracle SQL (I did modules in this in my undergraduates, so I have a decent understanding of Oracle Relational Databases, but I obviously would like to improve on it if it's something that could be helpful to me)

- Linux? - I have no experience in this, is it vital?

Anything else to add or amend or remove?

Much appreciated, thanks.
