Hi I am currently working as CRM and working on tools like Salesforce for IT company. I have also done MBA in marketing. I am planning to do SAP but confused about whether I should go for SD or CRM. My total work experience is about 3.5 years in IT and prior i was working as BDM and now moved in the role of CRM. Will it be wise decision to go for SD and then take some experience and move in to SAP CRM . Guide me to take the right decision.
Note : My company also works in SAP and we have SAP SD people.

Dear,
SD is not a mandatory prerequisite to embark on gaining a CRM Certification. With relevant domain experience, strong academic background, sheer determination, hard work and being trained by an established trainer with strong subject knowledge nothing can stop you from gaining the SAP CRM Certification.
Dont confuse that again I am suggesting you opposite side of first para content, since you mentioned you have SD team in your organizations, utilize them and gain knowledge from them in SD. Gaining Knowledge will never harms or be an obstacle for your growth and more over you SD is closely related to CRM.
Regards,
Syed Hussain.
