Hi Everyone,
I am having 4 Years of Domain Experience & completed Training in SAP MM, I was a core team member during Implementation in my organization,
I am very much aware about Customization and configuration & already gone through all certification books of sap mm, Now searching for Job in SAP, But the thing is that i am unable to find the job as a fresher/Experienced, Everyone asking for minimum 3 years of experience & 1-2 implementation or support. My relevant 2 years of experience unable to attract the jobs from companies & consultancies also from last 4 months,
In this 4 months I attended total 2 interviews only , one telephonic & one f2f, for the telephonic i didnt received any feedback & it was not like a good interview for me so i assumed that i am not selected, in f2f interview i cleared the first round & waiting for second round, its around 15 days past & haven't been received any schedule for the next round, I went to 2 walk In drives but they didnt registered me since i dont have the relevant IT experience, I applied almost all the companies related to SAP around pune through mail & their portal but not a single application reverted back,
my career is stuck,
Now the thing is that without job i cant get experience & without experience i wont be eligible for the job,

Hello,
If you have not worked in SAP then rest of the experience is not considered towards SAP at all by employers/recruiters but it doesn't mean it is a waste. Having domain experience gives you an edge over others in understanding business requirement and finding an effective solution. Also, your work experience teaches you many things, to name a few (How to work with different stakeholders in an organization. How to work under pressure. Understand a proposed solution's impact on other things..etc).
There are companies that give opportunities to freshers also but its a matter of time that you find them or they find you, so you must constantly keep searching for jobs via job portals, LinkedIn groups and contacts, FB groups and be a regular visitor/contributor in SCN.
Don't feel low, keep brushing your skills, update resume professionally and post it on job sites.
Good Luck.
