Hi Mani,

These are all ECC versions if you read below , You can get clear view

1) SAP 4.7x ( R3 Enterprise )
      BASIS Version 6.20

2) ERP 2004
    Netweaver 2004
    BASIS Version 6.40
    ECC 5.0

3) ERP 2005
    Netweaver 2004s
    BASIS Version 7.00
    ECC 6.0

its product different version similar to OS like Windows XP, Vista ann=d Win7..

Mani,

SAP R/3 4.6, SAP R/3 4.7 and SAP ECC 6.0 are all evolutionary versions of the same software. You'll have to excuse the numbering scheme and name changes that run rampant within the SAP universe. It's confusing, but you just have to try to keep them all straight.

If you are asking the specific differences, well... that's too difficult to encapsulate into one response to a simple/naive question. You can find the release notes for each version at help.sap.com, but fair warning, without more training they probably won't make much sense to you.
