What dose SAP process associate job role indicates

Recently I attended for an interview while attend interview they mentioned the job description as process associate. While giving the brief introduction about there company they said that the job role will be on SAP and they also mention that it's a based on KPO based company. please guide me. And they asked two years of bond as well as original.

Very difficult to guide you as your post does not explain how many of years of experience you have and what do you mean by KPO ? If you are in the early stage of SAP career, then, you need to decide whether to accept the bond or not but normally, giving bond should not be encouraged

Designation and job profile differ company to company hence it is advisable to ask for JD or When you applied for the job, did they share the job profile or job description for the role if not, ask for JD
