What ares the differents steps to set up a project in hcm?

How should i start and finish?

Process in HR means???

You will have to follow the life cycle - Project preparation, Business blue print, Realization, Final preparation and go live and support.

If for a general practice kinds, you can decide on the modules like what you want to implement PA, OM, Time management, Payroll etc.
